Eaze Beirut

Eaze is a neighbourhood restaurant in central Beirut. The fit-out reworks an existing tenancy into a single long room organised around an open kitchen and a long banquette. The palette is timber, bronze, and lime-washed plaster, lit by hand-blown pendants the studio designed in collaboration with a Beirut maker. The room was drawn for the long, slow nights it now holds.
